My name is Charlie… I’m a 53 year old guy who loves life a bit too much… or some might say not enough, depending on your point of view. I have been gifted with an incredible treasure… my mind, and I am trying to restore it to good health. I have ravaged it with all sorts of socially acceptable (and some not-so-acceptable) behavior and I have come to realize that with whatever time I have left, I must pick my times to party well… and a lot less. So here is my journey… to limit my drug and alcohol intake and see if I can control my urges, before my urges totally control me.
